Our Process & What to Expect

Our streamlined process is designed to get your custom Shopify store built and handed off in 2 weeks or less, so you can start selling fast—without the overwhelm.

• Step 1: Pick Your DFY Plan

  • We offer three Done-For-You store packages designed to meet you where you are—whether you're just starting out or ready to launch at full speed. Each plan is packed with value and tailored to fit a range of budgets and goals.

• Step 2: Complete the Intake Form & Book Your Onboarding Call

  • Once you select your plan, you’ll receive and email to fill out our DFY Intake Form—this gives us the key info we need to build your store just right. Should take you no more then 5 minutes.
    Then, you'll book on a 1-on-1 onboarding call with the expert who will be building your store. Together, you'll review your form and discuss your brand, goals, and store requirements to ensure everything is crystal clear.

•  Step 3: We Build Your Store

  This is where we go to work.

  • Over the next 1–2 weeks (depending on current volume), our team will bring your vision to life. We’ll create your fully branded Shopify store, including:

    • A custom-designed homepage

    • Product pages and collections

    • Legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.)

    • Brand colors, your logo (or we’ll create one!)

    • Product imports (based on your plan)

    • App integrations (email, reviews, etc.)

    Everything will be optimized and organized to help you sell with confidence.

• Step 4: Handoff & Training Call

  • Once your store is complete, we’ll schedule your handoff call—a 1-on-1 walkthrough where we:

    • Review your store from top to bottom

    • Ensure everything looks and works as expected

    • Show you how to use and manage your Shopify backend

    • Answer all your questions

    Bonus: This call is recorded, and you’ll receive a copy via email so you can revisit it anytime.

• Step 5: Launch & Start Selling
  • Your store is now fully yours—live, functional, and ready for sales. It’s time to start selling and growing your business!
